One Construction & Interiors Ltd offer a turn-key building solution, serving The Chilterns. Fully insured and highly skilled, we undertake residential Design & Build projects, working on both new build homes and large scale refurbishments.
Design.
We undertake design work at our Studio in Great Missenden. Here, we work with architects and designers prior to, and during, the project. The most important visitor to the Studio, however, are our Clients, where we meet to discuss every aspect of what you would like from your build, and we endeavour to make this happen.
Construction.
At One Construction, the quality of our build is perhaps the most vital aspect of our business. Each member of the One Construction team are highly skilled in their respective field; and are hand-picked by our Director, Neil. When specialist trades are required, we work with highly trusted and skilled subcontractors, who fully appreciate the One Construction way and buy into our ethos.
Interiors.
The interiors of your new home or living space is a very personal choice. We relish being involved in this aspect. We are unique that, in addition to the external building works, we offer stunning bespoke kitchens and fitted furniture, handcrafted at our workshop in Great Missenden.
Our Team …
Based in Great Missenden, we are a team of close to 20 full time builders and craftsman, working throughout the Chilterns. From the outset, our aim was to create a company where all our staff are with us full time, thus keeping sub-contractors to a minimum.
When Sub-Contractors are required, we only work with like-minded companies, who we have come to know and trust. These sub-contractors are very much part of the One Construction family; and share our aim to bring exemplary service to our all our clients, regardless of the size of our job.
How We Work …
We recognise the importance of having a full time site-foreman, throughout the course of your project. Each and every one of our projects is overseen by one of our full-time working site foremen. This gives peace of mind for our client throughout their project, knowing that they have a vastly experienced on site forman to oversee all aspects of the project. Futhermore, our Director, Neil, project manages all our sites and is always on hand to answer any queries you may have.

Furthermore, we’re proud that we offer a route into the Construction Industry to trainees and apprentices; all senior staff offer a great deal of support to our trainees to help them develop and become and intergal part of the One Construction & Interiors.
