We are able to work with you and your architect to ensure your new home or extension is both bespoke and highly practical. We work with many local architects and greatly enjoy offering our advice on the practicalities of the build. Planning.
Planning Permission is the major hurdle homeowners face when carrying out renovation works. Often stressful and somewhat tense, obtaining Planning Permission can be somewhat daunting. We can manage the whole process for you and deal directly with the Planning Office to ensure that you obtain permission without deviating from your requirements. We also have great experience dealing with Historic Buildings Officers, and work with them to ensure that Listed Buildings retain their unique character whilst undergoing renovation works.
Project Management.
We offer a full Project Management service to all clients. Each project is individual and we feel it necessary to always have a trusted member of our team on-site who is purely focused on your project, and understands and embraces its intricacies. Our Project Managers ensure that the agreed Design is carefully followed, meaning you’ll easily see your plans and designs become a reality without any deviation.
Spatial Planning.
We are able to offer a Spatial Planning service to all clients whereby we work with you to ensure your project flows well and works for you and your family. We also produce CAD drawings and 3D Renders, enabling you to visualise your new home or extension.
Materials & Sourcing.
We only use the highest quality materials in all our projects and use local companies for our supplies. We advise on everything from timber cladding to roof tiles, ensuring your project is built to be both attractive and long-lasting. We often work with Architects in this respect, as we can offer our practical advise prior to plans being submitted.
